The Vic Braden Tennis College at Green Valley offers an inexpensive year-round Doubles Players Tournament Academy which will be attended by women from numerous states.

We also offer Mixed Doubles for men and women during the even months (Feb, Apr, June, Aug, Oct, Dec). It is designed for league players and tournament players. We have 4 indoor courts and 10 outdoor courts. Families can bring Juniors to attend our Tennis College during most of the doubles dates.

The Vic Braden Doubles Tournament Academy includes:

  • Initial Dartfish analysis with your partner in actual match play to determine your team strengths and weaknesses. We use the facts to see where and how you are winning and losing points.
  • We then structure drills and devise a plan to show you how to use your strengths to win more points and how to eliminate weaknesses to lose less points.
  • The second day is a continuation of the tournament that drives the new concepts home...so you can take home a better doubles game

Entrants will also receive:

  • A Vic Braden Tennis College T-shirt
  • Breakfast and Lunch both days (4 meals)
  • Awards and Prizes

Dartfish Analysis

The tournament includes doubles play analysis using the amazing Dartfish Software. Videos will be taken during your initial assessment. With Dartfish video software, we are able to break down each point to highlight where each player should have been moving and targeting. Also revealed will be inefficient stroke patters that are holding you back from being your best. We will then devise effective learning cues best for you to eliminate your inefficiency.

Friday Noon: Poolside Lunch
Friday 1:00 to 5:00: Drills / match play focusing on Dartfish discoveries.
Weakness elimination / strength optimization.
Saturday 8:00 am: Breakfast
Saturday 9:00 to noon: Tournament multi-round continues with coach observation
Saturday noon: Poolside Lunch
Saturday 1:00 to 5:00: Final rounds of Tournament with coaching
Saturday 5:00 pm: Award Party
